  1. I have read several books by Dean Ornish, but to me this is his best work! I appreciated Anne’s contribution to this book. The book has several quotes… like this African proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together. CHIP is a group activity and by working together we all can go far! -Sherwin Goerlitz
