To help your body build up a better immunity one very simply natural remedy is to drink lots of water. Water helps to carry oxygen to your body cells, so that they can preform better. Water also helps to flush out the toxins from the body. So drinking more water helps to prevent toxins from building up and having a negative impact on your immune system.
HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD WE DRINK?
In the book “Your Bodies Many Cries for Water,” we learn that how much water you need depends on how much you weigh. For example, if you are 160 pounds, divide by two equals 80… and that is is the number of ounces of water you should drink every day. The heavier you are the more water you need to drink. Not only does water help immunity, but it also helps to melt off unwanted pounds.
